INTERIOR DESIGN & PROJECT MANAGMENT

In JAD Studio we believe that Interior should provide a seamless experience over all. The starting point is to gain an understanding of a client's needs and the way in which a sequence of spaces will be used. Our team has created interiors that span the spectrum from private houses to offices; from Bank to institutional buildings. The quality of light, the choice of materials, the use of color, and the selection of furnishings and works of art are coordinated as part of the overall scheme; and each element involves the same process of questioning and refinement as the building itself.

The Project Management service is in-house management expertise, allowing JAD Studio to achieve & deliver the lifecycle of a project – from concept, through construction to Handover. The activities involves & include service-consultant, budgeting and cost management; resource & contract management and administration, helping clients and multi-disciplinary teams around the world to define, plan, monitor and deliver a project on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
